I'm an aspiring reporter, filmmaker and screenwriter and am currently studying Radio-Television-Film and Journalism at University of Texas at Austin. I have experience in broadcast/print/audio news, filming, editing, producing and social media content.

Currently, I'm a member of Delta Kappa Alpha, or DKA,  a professional cinematic society whose alumni include Steven Spielberg and Alfred Hitchcock. In DKA, I have produced several multi-thousand dollar independent film productions and have taken on other roles in various student films such as director of photography, editor, and casting director.

As of January 2020, I started writing weekly news articles for the print and online for The Daily Texan, the student newspaper of the University of Texas at Austin. One of largest college newspapers in the United States, it's published 5 days a week with Alumni including Walter Cronkite and Lady Bird Johnson. Since started I writing for the publication, it has introduced me to a variety of subjects that are unique to the Austin area. Stories I tend to cover involve politics, social justice, entertainment, technology, and general assignment.

Some of my accolades include  Moody College of Communications Deans Honor List, 1st Place Video News Story at the National Federation of Press Women Communications Contest, 1st Place Video News Story at the Press Women of Texas HS Journalism Contest.
